In-App User Guide

Built-in documentation your team can open without leaving the app.

What it does

Built-in documentation covering every module, accessible from inside the app without switching tabs or searching externally.

Why it matters

In-context help gets used; a separate help site that requires leaving the app usually doesn't.

How to use it

  1. Open User Guide from the Help section of the nav.
  2. Browse by module for guidance specific to what you're working on.

  • Browse by module

Example workflow

  1. New team members use it during onboarding.
  2. Everyone else uses it as a quick reference when a workflow is unfamiliar.
