DocumentationPlan & Billing

Plan & Billing

Choose a plan, send payment, upload the receipt, track approval, and download your invoices.

What it does

Shows which plan the business is on, what it licenses, and what the other tiers add. Picking a tier opens a form to record the payment you've made - amount, method, reference, date - and attach a receipt image or PDF. The bank, mobile and card options the platform accepts are listed on the same page. A platform reviewer approves it, the modules unlock, and a numbered invoice appears here to print or save as PDF.

Why it matters

Manual bank transfer is how a great many small businesses actually pay, especially outside card-first markets. Handling it in-app - rather than over email - means the claim, the proof, the decision, the resulting access, and the invoice for your own books all sit in one auditable record.

How to use it

  1. Open Plan & Billing from Administration.
  2. Pick the plan you want; the payment form pre-fills with its price.
  3. Transfer the money by any method shown, then record the reference and attach your receipt.
  4. Submit. Your current features are untouched while it's reviewed.
  5. Once approved, open the invoice from the Invoices list and print or save it for your records.

Main buttons and actions

  • Choose a plan
  • Upload receipt
  • Submit for approval
  • View payment history
  • Download an invoice

Example workflow

  1. A manager picks a tier and submits proof of payment.
  2. The subscription goes to pending; nothing about current access changes.
  3. A platform reviewer approves, and every module in the plan is granted at once.
  4. An invoice is raised automatically for the approved payment - a subscription is a deductible expense, so it belongs in your books.
  5. If it's rejected, the reason is shown and the business can submit again.
