Notifications

Get told when something needs you - low stock, overdue invoices, an unclosed shift.

What it does

An inbox of everything the system wants you to know - stock running out, an invoice going overdue, a POS shift left open, a spike in errors - with per-category control over which of those reach you and how, in-app, by email, or as a browser push that arrives with the tab closed.

Why it matters

The events that cost money are the ones nobody was watching: stock that ran out on a Friday, an invoice that quietly aged past 90 days. Being told beats remembering to check, and being able to mute the categories you don't care about is what stops people ignoring the ones they do.

How to use it

  1. Open Notification Center from the Administration section to read what's come in.
  2. Mark items read, or archive them once you've dealt with them.
  3. Use Settings to pick which categories notify you, on which channels, and set quiet hours.

Main buttons and actions

  • Mark all as read
  • Archive
  • Enable browser push
  • Send test notification

Example workflow

  1. Choose your categories and channels once in Notification Settings.
  2. Alerts arrive as they happen - in-app, by email, or as a push notification.
  3. Work through the Notification Center and archive what's handled.
