Orders

Track order lifecycle from intake to completion with full visibility.

What it does

Orders tracks every job from intake through completion, with status-driven lists for open, due, completed, and cancelled work, plus full detail pages per order.

Why it matters

Order-based businesses live or die on knowing exactly what's in progress, what's late, and what's ready to invoice — this is that system of record.

How to use it

  1. Open Orders from the Sales section, or use Due Today for a time-filtered view.
  2. Create a new order with customer, line items, quantities, and pricing.
  3. Update order status as work moves through production.
  4. Attach payments and generate an invoice once the order is ready to bill.
