Financial Statements

IFRS-format Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Equity statements.

What it does

Full IFRS-format financial statements — Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet (Statement of Financial Position), Cash Flow, and Statement of Equity — generated with charts, for both cash and accrual accounting.

Why it matters

Owners, investors, and accountants need statements in a standard format they can actually read and trust, not a custom in-house report layout.

How to use it

  1. Open Financial Statements from the Financial Statements section of the nav.
  2. Choose the statement (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Equity) and the period.
  3. Review the chart alongside the statement figures for a faster read on trend.

Main buttons and actions

  • Switch statement type
  • Change period
  • Export

Example workflow

  1. Statements are generated live from the Journal and Chart of Accounts — always current, never a stale export.
  2. Switch between cash and accrual basis in Business Settings depending on how the business recognizes revenue.
